If it is your first time utilizing your chosen VA benefit type, the VA Regional Office in St. Louis, MO may take 8-12 weeks to process applications for educational benefits, so early registration is encouraged.

Federal Military Tuition Assistance (Active Duty, Reserves & Guard)

- Tuition Assistance Authorization (TA Auth) – You will need to work with your education office to get approval and obtain a Tuition Assistance Authorization. Once you are registered for your courses, you can find a copy of your degree plan and your invoice on your Student Portal. This document is required for every term that you intend to use TA benefits.
Colorado National Guard Tuition Assistance (State TA)

- Tuition Assistance Authorization (TA Auth) – You will need to work with the State TA to get approval and obtain a Tuition Assistance Authorization. Application periods for State TA are only open 3 times per year. Please see the or the Important TA Information below for additional information
