The ³Ô¹ÏÁÔÆæ Global Refer-A-Friend Program is open to current students and alumni of ³Ô¹ÏÁÔÆæ Global who reside within the United States or Canada.

Participants enroll in the referral program by completing the registration form. The current ³Ô¹ÏÁÔÆæ Global student, alumni, staff, or faculty member (Referrer) must submit the completed referral form before the beginning of the referred student’s (Referral) first term.

All methods used to solicit referrals uphold ³Ô¹ÏÁÔÆæ Global values, policies, codes of ethics, and standards of professional conduct.

³Ô¹ÏÁÔÆæ Global shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance and/or use of any prize. Decisions of ³Ô¹ÏÁÔÆæ Global are final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure, and fulfillment in respect to the Refer-A-Friend program. ³Ô¹ÏÁÔÆæ Global reserves the right at any time to withdraw the referral programs or to modify, amend, or supplement these rules, in its sole discretion. By participating in the referral programs, the selected entrant consents to the use by ³Ô¹ÏÁÔÆæ Global of their name, city and state of residence, occupation, and affiliation with ³Ô¹ÏÁÔÆæ Global for any lawful purpose, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. Selected entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions, and understand that the decisions of ³Ô¹ÏÁÔÆæ Global are final and non-negotiable.

³Ô¹ÏÁÔÆæ Global does not sell, rent, or lease personally-identifiable student or employee information to outside vendors. Personal information provided to the university becomes property of the university and is stored and used for student service functions only, including provisions for directory information as defined by ³Ô¹ÏÁÔÆæ Global and authorized by the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act. However, the ³Ô¹ÏÁÔÆæ Global website is a public domain and information contained therein may be seen and used by others. ³Ô¹ÏÁÔÆæ Global reserves the right to alter these provisions at any time and without prior notice and any such changes will be posted to the ³Ô¹ÏÁÔÆæ Global website in a timely manner.
